Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The walkthrough and the written line-item estimate are free, with no obligation. We reply to every request within 24 hours and you get the written estimate within 48 hours of the walkthrough.

How long will my project take?

It depends on scope: a drywall repair is often one day, a bathroom remodel typically runs 1–3 weeks, kitchens 3–6 weeks. Your estimate includes a realistic timeline before we start — and we tell you early if anything changes it.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — Massachusetts HIC license #216217 and $1M general liability insurance. You can verify the license on the Massachusetts state registry.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every project comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty in writing. If something we built fails within a year, we come back and make it right.

Do you handle permits?

How far do you travel?

We serve Hampden County, MA and Northern Connecticut — roughly a 30-minute radius around West Springfield. No trip charges inside our service area.

Will my house be a construction zone?
